It was very beautiful but the staff was not helpful and actually let me pass the door to the pool then laughed at me when I walked outside, couldn’t find it and had to come ask again. Very unprofessional. For what I was paying I expect them to escort me to the pool, especially since I am pregnant. Also, the staff chose to inform me the air conditioner wasn’t working at the end of my trip, not the beginning. This is not okay and I should not have paid full price for a room with no air conditioning in summer. They should not even say that the room is available.

The place was really picturesque—small, but very nicely decorated in a cute and charming way. The shower wasn’t very hot, which could be improved, but the staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

Presov has beatiful main square and main street with renaisance, impressive buildings, beautiful old town hall and an impressive Gothic con-cathedral which is by the way taller than St Michel-St Gudula gotic cathedral in Brussels and the city has played an important role in the 14th-17th century during the Habsburg vs Protestants periods. The city has had their own small army, richness from the trade that was a centre between Cracow and Buda with underground caves with Tokaj wine where Prešov /Eperjes/Fragopolis was the main owner of Tokaj wine fields and whereas the name for Tokaj hills is still named after Prešov - Eperjesi hegyek, the city of Prešov has an important Jewish museum and synagogue, where the museum was recently unfortunately temporary closed by the state, ministry. The city had famous Lutheran collegium a higher school in mediaval time and Greek catholic and Orthodox impressive churches. There is University which produce many valuable historical books in last decades:

A beautiful place.
A beautiful place. Lovely coffee shops (give TIC a try), great places to eat, super wine tasting opportunities and all at a nice easy pace. Plenty of super hotels to stay in and reasonably priced compared to home (NI). Came here last year for a nieces wedding and brought a cousin back this year to explore a bit more of Prešov. We took a car and stayed up the mountains (tatras) for a couple of nights which was worth doing. It’s different but still extremely homely.

The buildings in the main square are nicely restored and maintained in good condition. With the many outdoor cafe terraces, the church, the houses with passages and columns of flowers (petunias?) there is a pleasant atmosphere about. The old synagogue is nicely restored.

Living conditions are good. All doors are opened using codes. When we arrived (5:00 a.m. Saturday), there was no one at the reception. All the codes were sent to us by email and we could get into the room. We ordered and paid for four people and were given a room with only three beds. The phone was not answered. We had to find another hotel for one person. After that, the administration did not contact us and did not pay us compensation. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Good morning, I want to thank you - everything was great! We really enjoyed the accommodation at the hotel! Clean and cozy room, with a beautiful design. Everything is so well thought out and comfortable that you don't have to think about extra little things! Excellent and delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Our rating is 10 out of 10! Thank you very much!
Everything was ok , reception girls very polite and helpful . Apart from woman who served breakfast , she was not polite , I noticed that she raised her voice at someone who accidentally spilled water in the coffee machine . Not nice from her . All the time when people ask her something she was nervous . Nice hotel and clean. Recommended !
Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Very clean and well maintained. The pedestrian zone with cafes and restaurants just around the corner, yet it is quiet inside. Good contact with the owner. Favorable price-quality ratio. There is also a hotel in the same building - it is worth knowing that the room is independent of it.
Personal was very helpful, they waited for my late evening come, explained everything, answered all my questions. Accomodation lacated in a town center. Parking available next to them. Next time travelling to Presov, I stay again by them.
