Fantastic hotel - the staff very amazing and made the experience absolutely fantastic for my new fiancee and I, decorating the room incredibly. They also provided us with a complimentary upgrade due to an availability. The breakfast was great too and staff were very friendly and chatty, offering great insights on what to do. Special shout out to Ruth who was incredibly warm.

Loved this adorable, unique, clean, and comfortable room. The chandelier in our room was beautiful, and the bed was so comfy. It is just 5 minute walk from the train station, and an easy walk to restaurants and all the sites. They have beautiful cafes just out the door, but the soundproofing was so good we didn't hear any of it. Will definitely stay here for any future Zurich trips!
